I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years of practice in applying Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other evidence-based solutions for individuals, couples, and families, specializing in depression and mood disorders, anxiety in all its forms, family dysfunction, and relationship stress.
I co-authored internationally acclaimed books on Behavior Change, Midlife Women, and Assertiveness Training, and co-created "Supermom," a popular advice column for working mothers.
My experience includes over 10 years as Executive Director of Jewish Family Service agencies. As a mental health consultant to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), I developed a conflict resolution program to improve ethnic relations in Cyprus.
I hold LCSW licenses in California and Florida. My sessions are all virtual, so you can be anywhere and we can easily connect for counseling or life coaching.
